The Financial Accountant will be responsible for managing the financial operations of the hospital, including financial reporting, budgeting, and analysis. Key duties include:

• Preparing and analyzing financial statements.
• Managing accounts payable and receivable.
• Assisting in the development of annual budgets.
• Ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
• Performing financial reconciliations.

Qualifications and Experience

We are seeking a qualified individual with a strong understanding of accounting principles and practices. The ideal candidate will possess:

• A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Professional accounting certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is an added advantage.
• Proven experience as a Financial Accountant or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
