Powermax is a company that provides complete lighting solutions. We are currently looking for a Fleet Operations Officer to join our team.

Responsibilities

The Fleet Operations Officer will be responsible for coordinating vehicle requests, dispatch, and driver allocation. They will also manage fuel, service, repair, and maintenance processes. Additionally, the role involves conducting vehicle inspections to ensure driver compliance, maintaining accurate fleet records, logs, and documentation, and preparing operational reports and tracking incidents and repairs.

Requirements

Candidates should possess a Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transport, or a related field with relevant fleet experience. Strong knowledge of fleet operations and compliance is essential. The ideal candidate will be skilled in record-keeping, reporting, and proficient in Excel. Excellent coordination, communication, and organization skills are also required.
