Background

Afro Sayari Resort is seeking to hire Food & Beverage (F&B) Service Attendants. This role is crucial for ensuring a positive dining experience for guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests warmly, present menus, and provide detailed information on food and beverage offerings.
  • Take accurate food and drink orders and serve them promptly and professionally.
  • Ensure tables, service stations, and dining areas are clean, well-set, and hygienically maintained at all times.
  • Collaborate effectively with the kitchen and bar teams to guarantee seamless service delivery.
  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve any complaints with a positive and professional attitude.
  • Flexibility to work extended hours, late shifts, weekends, and public holidays as dictated by resort events and peak seasons.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Education: Minimum of a Certificate or Diploma in Food & Beverage Service, Hospitality Management, or a related field from a recognized institution.
  • Experience: 1–3 years of hands-on experience in a busy restaurant, resort, or hotel setting.
  • Health Compliance: Must possess a valid, up-to-date Medical Food Handling Certificate.
  • Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, strong grooming standards, and a high level of physical stamina.

Proximity: Candidates residing within Ruai, Kamulu, Joska, or along the Eastern Bypass are highly preferred due to operational shifts and extended hours.
