We’re seeking a detail-oriented and commercially aware FPA Analyst to support financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and decision-making across the organization. The FPA Analyst will partner with business units to provide actionable insights and ensure robust financial modeling to drive strategic growth in a high-paced environment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, and who is eager to shape how we measure success, allocate resources, and pursue new opportunities.
Build and maintain dynamic financial models and driver-based forecasts to support operational and strategic planning. Analyze financial performance and provide actionable insights to the Finance Lead and management team. Develop scenario modeling to support business planning and strategic decision-making. Monitor key financial metrics, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities. Support management reporting and prepare variance analysis for leadership review. Assist in preparing investor reporting, fundraising models, and business cases as required. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial plans align with operational goals. Drive process improvements and automation of reporting and analysis.
Commercially minded with the ability to translate financial data into strategic recommendations. Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities. Proactive, solutions-driven, and adaptable to a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; CPA/CFA preferred. 2-4 years’ experience in FPA, financial analysis, or corporate finance. Strong Excel, financial modeling, and analytical skills; familiarity with Xero, QuickBooks, or ERP systems.
