For our Client in Timau Farm Manager

Responsibilities:

• Recruiting, training and supervising farm workers, coordinate and direct their activities.
• Supervising a wide range of farm operations including cultivation, sowing, spraying and harvesting.
• Ensuring deadlines are met for activities such as Ploughing, seeding and harvesting.
• Conferring with assistant farm manager to coordinate activities with other farm units.
• Monitoring staff rosters, hours, performance and resolving any grievances.

Qualifications:

• Degree or diploma in Agriculture, Agribusiness, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience managing farm operations (minimum 3–5 years).
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
