We are seeking a results driven professional to support our farmer credit program in Taveta. The role combines agricultural coordination, loan portfolio management, and field-based credit recovery while working closely with more than 250 smallholder farmers.

Experience
At least 2 years of experience with a proven background in microfinance, SACCO operations, agricultural credit, or field based loan recovery.
Skills
Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to maintain accurate records and work independently in rural settings
