The Field Officer will support day-to-day property management operations by ensuring timely rent collection, maintaining positive tenant relations, and overseeing property inspections and documentation. The role requires a reliable, stable candidate who can work independently in the field and demonstrate long-term commitment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Follow up on rent payments and manage rent arrears
  • Assist with lease administration, renewals, and documentation
  • Handle tenant inquiries, concerns, and general relationship management
  • Conduct routine property inspections and prepare inspection reports
  • Ensure accurate record keeping and proper filing of property documents
  • Coordinate caretakers, service providers, and contractors for property-related issues
  • Support marketing and viewing of vacant units
  • Provide regular field updates and reports to management

Minimum Requirements

  • KCSE minimum grade D+
  • Diploma or Degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Valid motorcycle riding licence with proven riding ability
  • Ability to work independently and follow instructions with minimal supervision
  • Willingness to work extensively in the field
