JOB DETAILS:

Role Summary:

Kind Heart Organization Kenya is seeking a motivated and community-oriented Field Officer to support field coordination, monitoring, beneficiary engagement, and implementation of a sustainable poultry farming project in Rachuonyo South.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support field coordination and project implementation.
• Engage and mobilize beneficiaries in the community.
• Monitor project activities and collect data.
• Prepare reports and documentation.
• Provide training and support to community members on poultry farming.
• Ensure project objectives and targets are met.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Animal Science, Community Development, Project Management, or a related field.
• Knowledge of poultry farming and rural livelihoods is an added advantage.
• Strong field coordination, data collection, reporting, and communication skills.

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 12

Level of Education: bachelor degree
