Key Duties and Responsibilities

The Field Sales Agent will be responsible for identifying and approaching potential clients, promoting and selling prepaid utility metering solutions, conducting field visits, generating leads, building customer relationships, achieving sales targets, providing updates on sales activities, and representing the company professionally.

Requirements:

Candidates should possess a Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, with field sales experience being an added advantage, is required. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, confident, and target-driven, with the ability to work independently and manage field activities effectively. The position requires the candidate to be based in Nairobi.

  • Identify and approach potential clients including landlords, property developers, and businesses.
  • Promote and sell prepaid utility metering solutions to prospective customers.
  • Conduct field visits to residential apartments, commercial buildings, and construction sites.
  • Generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
  • Achieve and exceed assigned monthly sales targets.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities and client feedback.
  • Represent the company professionally in the field and at client meetings.
