- Implement marketing plans and achieve sales targets through cold-calling, site visits, and team coordination.
- Identify and penetrate new markets (e.g., untapped neighborhoods or venues).
- Team Leadership:
- Train, coach, and manage a field sales team to maximize performance.
- Foster a results-driven culture with accountability.
- Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Work closely with the General Manager to align regional efforts with company goals.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience:
- 3+ years in field sales/cold-calling, preferably in betting, FMCG, or hospitality.
- Team management at supervisor level or higher.
- Skills:
- Resilience, optimism, and ability to thrive under pressure.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills for client/team interactions.
- Education: Associate degree or higher (flexibility for exceptional candidates).
- Age Preference: Under 40 (not strict for top performers).
