Key Responsibilities
Student Recruitment & Lead Generation
- Identify and engage prospective students across schools, colleges, and local communities.
- Execute outreach initiatives including school visits, education fairs, and community activations.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads.
- Conduct timely follow-ups via calls, messaging, and in-person interactions.
Sales Conversion & Enrollment Support
- Provide accurate guidance on academic programs, career pathways, and admission requirements.
- Support prospective students through the application and enrollment process.
- Address inquiries and objections professionally and effectively.
- Achieve defined enrollment targets within specified timelines.
Partnership Development
- Establish and maintain relationships with school administrators, career teachers, and community stakeholders.
- Develop referral partnerships with healthcare institutions and relevant organizations.
- Identify and pursue new collaboration opportunities to expand reach.
Marketing & Brand Promotion
- Represent the organization at exhibitions, career days, and community events.
- Promote programs through targeted distribution of marketing materials.
- Organize and support local awareness campaigns and information sessions.
Territory Management
- Manage and grow assigned geographic territories effectively.
- Plan and execute weekly outreach and engagement schedules.
- Monitor competitor activities and provide market insights and intelligence.
Reporting & Administration
- Submit daily and weekly activity reports.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, applications, and enrollments.
- Ensure timely updates and effective use of CRM systems.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Leads generated
- Applications processed
- Enrollment conversion rate
- Revenue generated
- Partnerships established
- Activity metrics (visits, calls, events)
Qualifications & Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Experience in sales, marketing, or student recruitment within a similar field is an added advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to work independently and achieve targets.
- Willingness to travel within assigned regions.
