Field Sales Representative
Location: Coast Region (Diani & Mombasa)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Retainer: KES 50,000
Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Promote and sell products to clients
- Build and maintain customer relationships
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Conduct product demonstrations
- Monitor market trends
- Prepare sales reports
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related field
- 2-3 years' field sales experience (hardware/construction is an added advantage)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self-driven and target-oriented
- Knowledge of Diani & surrounding areas is an added advantage
- Willingness to travel
