Background

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Field Supervisor to oversee field operations within the Naivasha & Nakuru Territories on a casual engagement basis.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all field activation activities across the Naivasha & Nakuru
• Manage field teams to ensure operational excellence and achievement of project targets.
• Monitor attendance, compliance, and quality of execution.
• Prepare and submit timely field reports.
• Act as the key liaison between the field teams and project management

Minimum Requirements

• At least 3 years of proven field supervision experience.
• Prior experience managing telecommunications activations is mandatory.
• Experience handling Safaricom activations will be a strong added advantage.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, coordinate, and manage field teams effectively.
• Strong planning, reporting, and communication skills.
• Must be based in Naivasha & Nakuru

For Nakuru, The interviews will be Virtual.
