Job Summary

Magna Credit Kenya Limited is looking for highly competent and self-driven Field Tracing Officers to locate delinquent customers, re-establish contact, and support recovery efforts across our markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Trace and locate delinquent customers in the field.
• Verify and update customer information.
• Re-establish contact and promote repayment options.
• Facilitate repayments via mobile money only (no cash).
• Maintain accurate visit logs and tracker updates.
• Follow CBK guidelines & company policies.

Key Requirements

• KCSE certificate; diploma is an added advantage.
• Experience in field sales, collections, insurance, or community-based work preferred.
• Strong knowledge of the assigned locality.
• Smartphone user; own transport is an advantage.
• Skills in English, Kiswahili & local language(s).
• High integrity, resilience & strong communication.
