Brites Management Services is seeking a highly experienced and strategic Finance & Accounts Manager to provide strategic financial leadership by ensuring effective financial planning, reporting, compliance, controls, and business decision support to drive profitability and sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with regulations.
  • Manage financial controls and risk management.
  • Provide strategic financial insights to support business decisions.
  • Oversee cash flow, treasury, and working capital management.
  • Ensure compliance with tax and statutory requirements.
  • Lead and mentor the finance team.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • CPAK or ACCA certification is required.
  • 5+ years of experience in the FMCG industry.
  • Strong financial analysis, reporting, and strategic planning skills.
  • Excellent leadership and communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in financial management systems and ERP software.
