Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the firm’s financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, cash flow, payroll, and banking.
  • Develop and maintain financial controls, ensuring compliance with accounting, tax, statutory, and audit requirements.
  • Provide strategic financial insights to support business growth, profitability, and cost optimization.
  • Monitor financial performance, including revenue, budgets, profitability, receivables, and cash flow.
  • Oversee procurement, supplier contracts, and cost-efficiency initiatives.
  • Manage office administration, facilities, IT infrastructure, and operational resources.
  • Build and maintain relationships with banks, auditors, tax authorities, and other key stakeholders.
  • Lead risk management, regulatory compliance, and internal and external audit processes.
  • Support strategic initiatives through participation in Finance, ERP/IT, and other management committees.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the Finance and Administration team to drive high performance and operational excellence.

Key Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field with CPA (K)/ACCA qualification.
  • Minimum of seven (7) years’ experience in finance and accounting, preferably in a managerial role.
  • Experience using ERP systems and accounting software such as QuickBooks or Microsoft Dynamics NAV.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting skills.
  • Proven leadership and team management abilities.
