Finance & Admin Officer – Nairobi

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare monthly financial and management reports, including weekly, monthly, and quarterly payment schedules.
  • Post all payments and issued cheques on the system and manage suppliers and customers’ ledgers.
  • Prepare fee notes, deposit request notes, tax invoices, and issue payment receipts.
  • Carry out monthly bank reconciliations and prepare the monthly VAT schedule for the Auditor’s review.
  • Liaise with the Kenya Revenue Authority on tax issues and ensure filing of the managing partner’s income tax returns on I-tax.
  • Manage all insurance policies and office assets and ensure the security of the firm’s premises and property.
  • Act as the firm’s bank agent, perform any other duties requested by the Managing Partner, and manage office opening and closing.

 Qualifications:

  • Must have a relevant bachelor’s in Finance or any other related field.
  • Proficient in using financial software and tools.
  • Hands on with integrity and interpersonal skills.
