- Assist the Finance Officer with monthly statutory deduction schedules (PAYE, NSSF, SHA/NHIF, Housing Levy and Withholding Tax) and returns via KRA iTax.
- Retrieve, organize and systematically file project vouchers and contracts for internal reviews, annual organizational audits and donor verifications.
- Identify discrepancies, missing receipts or calculation errors early and proactively follow up with program colleagues and suppliers.
CANDIDATE PROFILE & QUALIFICATIONS

- Comfortable with everyday computer applications, web portals and spreadsheets (Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets).
- Quick to adapt to software, digital workflows and organizational guidelines with enthusiasm and minimal supervision.
- Curious, thoughtful and proactive when handling errors, discrepancies or operational bottlenecks.
- Previous industrial attachment, internship or volunteer exposure in an office or NGO is welcomed; motivated fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
