We are looking for a highly detail-oriented Finance Associate to join our finance team, with a strong focus on reconciliations, cash controls, compliance, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Daily reconciliation of cash collections across riders, branches, and payment channels
- Track and verify rider payments and ensure timely remittance of collections
- Follow up with riders and branches on pending balances, discrepancies, or compliance gaps
- Assist in calculating rider payouts and delivery-related payments
- Prepare daily and weekly reconciliation and finance reports
- Ensure compliance across branches on cash handling and operational finance processes
- Identify discrepancies, leakages, or process gaps and escalate accordingly
- Support finance and operations teams with audits, controls, and process improvements
- Cross-check operational data against platform reports and internal systems
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in finance, reconciliation, audit, accounting, or a related role
- Prior experience in reconciliation or audit is strongly preferred
- Strong attention to detail and high ownership mindset
- Comfortable working with large datasets and operational reports
- Good Excel / Google Sheets skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced operations-heavy environment
- Strong communication and follow-up skills
- Experience in logistics, delivery, retail, FMCG, or restaurant operations is a plus
