Background
We have an opening in our Finance and IT Department.
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be tasked with preparation and reporting of complex financial statements to key stakeholders.
Management of the P2P process from end to end, and working capital management.
Ability to manage financial controls, thereby ensuring compliance with local tax and statutory requirements.
Collaboration with senior stakeholders in R2R improvement projects, tracking and reporting.
Lead the business operational excellence projects, with a key focus on areas for improvement.
He/She should manage the financial control organisation, oversee overhead tracking, the entire P2P process, be the lead in local tax and statutory compliance.
Maintenance and update of sales force automation, demand planning software, market execution systems and software.
Qualifications
- Must have at least a Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accounting
- Must be a registered accountant with CPA/ACCA
Experience
- Five (5+ years of relevant experience in a similar role in the FMCG Industry
Skills
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office, Excel, Access and Power-Point
- Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems
- Financial reporting and business partnering skills.
- Should be an impactful leader: the candidate should be able to build a personal brand based on trust and accountability.
