JOB DETAILS:
We are looking for a seasoned hashtag#FinanceController to join a dynamic organization in hashtag#Kenya. This is a senior leadership role for a finance professional who can drive financial strategy, ensure strong governance, and partner with business leaders to support growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial strategy, planning & risk management
- Financial reporting, MIS & accounts finalization
- Budgeting, cash flow & treasury operations
- Liaison with banks and stakeholders
- Internal controls, compliance & statutory reporting
- Taxation, debt management & cost optimization
- Business partnering & support in key commercial decisions
- Team leadership and cross-functional collaboration
Candidate Profile:
- Chartered Accountant (hashtag#CA)
- 10–15 years of post-qualification experience
- Mandatory experience in hashtag#Kenya (current resident or recent exposure)
- Strong banking & treasury exposure with leading Kenyan banks
- Background in Trading / Distribution preferred
- SAP exposure is an added advantage
