Job Summary:
A fast-growing diversified holding company is seeking a highly experienced Finance Director to lead the financial future of the organization. The successful candidate will oversee strategic financial planning, capital allocation, cash flow, reporting, and investment decisions across multiple business units, including agribusiness, meat processing, restaurant operations, real estate, and investments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead strategic financial planning and capital allocation.
- Manage cash flow, financial reporting, and investment decisions.
- Oversee multi-entity financial management and cross-border finance (KES & USD).
- Drive AI-driven financial analysis and decision-making.
- Manage banking relationships and capital management.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting standards.
- Provide financial insights to support executive decision-making.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 10+ years in senior finance leadership.
- CPA, ACCA, or CFA certification preferred.
- Advanced degree in Finance or Accounting.
- Strong financial modeling and P&L ownership experience.
- Experience with AI-powered financial tools.
- International business exposure is an added advantage.
