Industrial Attachment - Finance

Core Focus: Financial record-keeping, budgeting, and compliance.

Assist in processing invoices, payment vouchers, and expense claims.

Support the accounts payable/receivable function by reconciling supplier statements.

Help with data entry of financial transactions into the accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, or SAP).

Assist in the preparation of monthly management accounts and financial reports.

Participate in the annual budgeting process by collating departmental estimates.

Support petty cash management and reconciliation.

Assist in preparing documentation for external auditors.

Help with bank reconciliations and monitoring cash flow.
