Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or any related field.
  • CPA Part I or relevant accounting qualification is an added advantage.
  • 0–1 year of working experience in Finance or Accounting; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic accounting software.
  • Good understanding of basic accounting principles and financial procedures.
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in processing and reconciling e-TIMS, bank transactions, and daily financial records.
  • Assist in reviewing invoices and supporting documentation for accuracy and completeness.
  • Support the preparation and filing of VAT returns and other statutory financial reports.
  • Assist in maintaining and updating daily transaction journals and financial records.
  • Support accounts payable and receivable activities, including payment and invoice tracking.
  • Assist with financial data entry, filing, and maintenance of accounting records.
  • Support the Finance team during audits, budgeting, and other financial activities.
  • Perform any other finance and accounting duties as assigned.
