• Lead and oversee all financial activities including accounting, reporting, budgeting, and cash flow management.
• Develop and implement financial strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure effective internal controls.
• Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Conduct financial analysis, including profitability, variance, and risk assessments, to support decision-making.
