We've been in the market for a bit more than a year now, have sold over half a million products, and are now expanding from our small factory to a larger facility as we enter a phase of rapid growth. We're looking for the right people to grow with us and help drive this next chapter. More about us at https://tenxnutrition.com/

POSITION OVERVIEW & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • We are looking for the right individual to grow with us - someone sharp, determined, and fast-paced, with an outgoing and proactive mindset. This role is for someone who has a real passion for impact-related work and wants to be part of a young, ambitious company with the potential to become a big name in Kenya. You'll be starting in a part-time capacity with serious ambitions for it to grow into a full-time role-ultimately with no ceiling on your trajectory, including the possibility to advance to Financial Manager (or more) if the fit is perfect. You'll work closely with the management team to ensure accurate accounting, financial reporting, compliance, and budgeting, while actively identifying ways to improve processes and support strategic decision-making.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master's is a plus).
  • At least 1-2 years of hands-on experience in accounting, finance, or bookkeeping roles.
  • Solid understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, reconciliations, and compliance requirements.
  • Proactive and self-directed mindset-able to identify issues and opportunities without needing constant direction.
  • Sharp, analytical thinker with the ability to turn financial data into clear, practical recommendations for management.
  • Outgoing and collaborative, comfortable engaging with different teams to understand operations and support improvements.

WHAT WE OFFER

  • A part-time role with a clear opportunity to grow into a full-time position.
  • Significant room for development, taking on real responsibility, and evolving into a Finance Manager as the company grows.
  • A dynamic, positive environment where you can learn a lot and work alongside a passionate, driven team.
  • Location: Nairobi, Kenya (not remote)
