AIC Kapsowar Mission Hospital, a 154-bed teaching and referral facility under Africa Inland Church (AIC), Kenya, is seeking a mission-driven Finance Manager to join its Senior Management Team.

The ideal candidate will bring strong financial leadership, integrity, and strategic thinking to support the hospital’s growth, sustainability, and Christ-centred mission.

✓ Lead financial policy development and ensure compliance with best practices ✓ Guide annual budget preparation and performance monitoring ✓ Strengthen internal controls and reporting systems ✓ Oversee cash flow, treasury, and investment management ✓ Provide financial advice to management and the Board ✓ Supervise and mentor finance staff for peak performance
✓ CPA (K), ACCA, ACA, or equivalent certification ✓ Member of ICPAK recognised accounting body ✓ Minimum 10 years’ experience, 5 in a senior management role ✓ Strong knowledge of accounting systems, ERP, and hospital operations
✓ Master’s in Business, Finance, or related field ✓ Bachelor’s in Commerce, Finance, or related discipline
