Background
Afrisend is seeking a highly qualified and experienced Finance Manager to lead financial strategy, reporting, and compliance. The successful candidate will manage financial operations and support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead financial strategy, planning, and reporting.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and treasury operations.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
- Strengthen internal controls and risk management.
- Provide financial insights to support decision-making.
- Manage and develop the finance team.
Requirements
- 6+ years experience in a similar field.
- CPA-K, ACCA, or CIMA certified.
- Strong financial management and analytical skills.
- Excellent leadership and communication abilities.
