Background information about the job or company

Childcare Worldwide-Kenya is looking for a Finance Manager to join our team in Nakuru. This is more than a finance role. At CW, every position exists to support our mission of sharing the Gospel with children through discipleship. We're looking for someone who is already convinced of that mission; someone who sees the connection between sound financial stewardship and children's lives being transformed by Christ. The right candidate will bring strong accounting and financial management skills, and they'll also bring genuine alignment with our statement of faith. This isn't a role where faith is background noise. It shapes how we work and why we work.

Responsibilities or duties

You'll work closely with country leadership on financial operations, reporting, and compliance.

Qualifications or requirements

We're looking for integrity, competence, and a heart for the mission in equal measure.
