About The Role
CloudFactory is looking for a Finance Manager who thrives on making the complex simple. This is a hands-on leadership role leading the finance function in the CloudFactory Kenya office. You will own the monthly close for Kenya, working closely with the international team, lead tax and statutory reporting, including audit, and support the Kenya country manager — all while pushing the function forward with finance function automation, AI-enabled workflows, and smarter use of NetSuite.
This is not a role for someone who just wants to close the books. We want someone who connects the dots across entities and business lines — someone who sees a reconciliation break and asks why, not just where.
You will report to the Financial Controller and work closely with the Country Manager in a growing company with a strong presence in Nairobi.

- Coordinate payroll, liaising with internal and external stakeholders
- Support cash forecasting, manage banking relationships, and ensure liquidity visibility across offices

- Developing and implementing financial policies and procedures, ensuring compliance in coordination with the Talent, Operations, and other departments
