Open Position: Finance Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Prepare monthly & year-end financial reports, analyze performance against budgets and prior periods, and ensure accurate ledger reconciliations.

Support preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, variance analysis, and cash flow projections in collaboration with departments.

Oversee cash planning, payments, bank reconciliations, receivables, payables, credit notes, petty cash, and tracking of advance payments and undelivered invoices.

Ensure accurate and timely tax filings, ledger reconciliations, compliance with KRA regulations, and implementation of new tax requirements.

Review financial operations, recommend best practices and controls, and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.

Coordinate audits, liaise with banks and tax consultants.

Lead, train and develop the finance team for improved performance.

Perform any other assigned job related duties.

REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance from a recognized university.

At least 5 years of progressive experience in finance with at least 2 years as a Finance Manager.

Professional certification ;CPA (K) or ACCA

Proficiency in SAP, financial analysis, reporting and excel.

Excellent problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proven team management skills
