We are currently seeking to expand our team and are looking for a dynamic and experienced Finance Manager to join us.

Responsibilities

The Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations of the organization, including financial planning, budgeting, reporting, and compliance. Key duties include:

  • Developing and implementing financial strategies.
  • Managing the accounting department and ensuring accurate financial record-keeping.
  • Preparing financial statements and reports for management and stakeholders.
  • Overseeing budgeting and forecasting processes.
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant financial regulations and standards.
  • Managing cash flow and financial risk.

Qualifications and Experience

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Professional accounting qualification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is highly desirable.
  • Proven experience as a Finance Manager or in a similar senior financial role.
  • Strong knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, and reporting.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in financial software and MS Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
