- Prepare and monitor annual budgets, forecasts, and management accounts
- Manage cash flow, reconciliations, payroll coordination, and financial reporting
- Maintain strong internal controls and ensure compliance with statutory obligations
- Support audits and provide financial guidance to college leadership
Qualifications or requirements (e.g., education, skills)
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field
- CPA(K), ACCA, or an equivalent professional qualification
- Strong knowledge of accounting systems, budgeting, reporting, and Kenyan tax requirements
- Excellent analytical, leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Experience needed
- At least 5 years of relevant finance experience, including a supervisory role
