About the Role

Responsibilities
The Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations of the organization, including budgeting, financial reporting, accounting, and compliance. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing financial strategies and policies.
- Managing the annual budgeting process and monitoring budget performance.
- Ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting to stakeholders.
- Overseeing the accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant financial regulations and standards.
- Managing financial risk and implementing internal controls.
- Leading and developing the finance team.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Professional accounting qualification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is highly desirable.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in financial management, preferably in the non-profit sector.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
- Proficiency in financial management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
Experience
At least 6 years of experience in financial management, preferably in the non-profit sector.
