Key Responsibilities:

• Manage group accounting and financial reporting across Kenya, Cape Verde, and Mozambique.
• Supervise a 4-member finance team across regions.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
• Ensure statutory compliance and liaise with Revenue Authorities.
• Oversee audits, payroll, statutory payments, and financial controls.
• Drive process improvement and prepare management reports.
• Optimise ERP/accounting systems (Primovera B58 or similar).

Qualifications & Experience:

• CFA qualification (mandatory).
• Bachelor’s in Finance/Accounting; Master’s an advantage.
• 8 years in finance management, preferably in multinational or outsourcing environments.
• Experience managing remote teams and cross-cultural operations.
• Strong English communication and analytical skills.
• In-depth knowledge of Kenyan tax and compliance (regional experience an asset).
