Job Summary:

Manage financial records, budgeting, and reporting for the mentorship program.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate bookkeeping and financial records
  • Prepare budgets and financial reports
  • Process payments and manage petty cash
  • Assist in grant reporting and donor compliance
  • Work with auditors during annual audits

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • At least 1 year of finance/accounting experience
  • Knowledge of accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks)
  • High level of integrity and attention to detail
