Key Responsibilities:

  • Timely posting of source documents, updating books of accounts, and maintaining accurate financial records in the accounting system.
  • Prepare proforma and tax invoices in consultation with Client Partners, and schedule weekly and monthly supplier payments.
  • Prepare and file statutory returns (PAYE, VAT, Withholding Tax, NSSF, NHIF) and ensure all taxes and deductions are paid on time.
  • Process monthly payroll, pay staff salaries and deductions promptly, and perform weekly bank reconciliations.
  • Generate weekly reports on sales, receivables, payables, bank balances, and investments; prepare monthly management reports and weekly cash flow forecasts.
  • Develop annual budgets, ensure audit readiness, manage external audits and tax filing, and maintain a proper filing system.
  • Maintain updated franchise sales and royalty records, produce monthly reports, and ensure timely reporting to Franchise Partners.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related field, with CPA or ACCA qualification.
  • At least 5 years of financial management experience, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Proven experience in budgeting, financial reporting, and tax compliance.
  • Proficient in financial applications coupled with solid reporting.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
