What you will be doing

System Administration and Enhancement:

• Spearhead the administration and continuous improvement of our financial systems
• Develop and deploy cutting-edge features and applications to streamline finance operations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate systems, automate accounting tasks, and enhance financial reporting

User Empowerment and Support:

• Provide expert guidance and training to users across all departments and locations
• Troubleshoot issues and empower users to maximize system capabilities
• Foster a culture of technological adoption and innovation within the finance department

Process Optimization and Automation:

• Identify opportunities to simplify complex processes through intelligent automation
• Design and implement solutions that improve data quality, financial controls, and reporting accuracy
• Drive the development of user-friendly interfaces and intuitive workflows

Cross-functional Collaboration:

• Partner with IT, finance teams, and other stakeholders to align system capabilities with business needs
• Contribute to strategic initiatives that leverage financial systems to support business growth
• Act as a liaison between finance and technology teams, translating business requirements into technical specifications

What we are looking for

• Proven “hands-on” experience in financial systems administration - MS Dynamics NAV is a significant 'plus', but we value expertise in any modern ERP system
• Unlock the power of financial data with your SQL expertise - as a Finance Systems Specialist, your SQL skills will be invaluable
• Showcase your C# and JavaScript skills to supercharge your application - while not required, proficiency in these languages will set you apart
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail
