What You’ll Be Doing

  • Drive the end-to-end sales journey from lead generation to closing deals
  • Engage with clients, understand their needs, and offer tailored solutions
  • Deliver compelling sales pitches and presentations
  • Support marketing campaigns and brand activations that attract customers
  • Use data, tech, and AI insights to enhance customer engagement
  • Turn customer feedback into actionable sales strategies
  • Collaborate in delivering world-class real estate projects
  • Contribute to hitting ambitious sales targets and business growth goals

Minimum Requirements

  • You scored 350 marks in KCPE or equivalent
  • Scored B+ and above in KCSE and for Ugandan applicants: 17 points in UACE or equivalent
  • Graduated in 2025 or graduating in 2026 with a Second-Class Upper Division or higher (or equivalent) score in university
  • Professional qualifications or certifications will be an added advantage
  • Have 0–2 years’ work experience
  • Open to working across Kilifi, Nairobi Uganda, or other locations
