The organization works to strengthen the value chain through information gathering, advocacy, policy development, and promotion of best practices to enhance productivity, quality, and market competitiveness.
Responsibilities:
- Financial Planning & Budget Management
- Accounting, Reporting & Audit Coordination
- Internal Controls & Compliance
- Administration & Operations Management
- Partner and Stakeholder Support
- Payroll & Staff Financial Administration
- Financial Systems & Data Management
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or Economics
- CPA (K) qualification or equivalent professional certification
- Minimum of 4 years of progressive experience in financial management, accounting, or budgeting
- Diploma or additional training in Project Management will be an added advantage
Experience: Minimum of 4 years
