JOB DETAILS:

Che Dreamakers Events is seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Finance and Operations Lead to manage event budgets, monitor project costs, handle full-cycle accounting, and ensure financial compliance. The successful candidate will also support operational activities and team coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage event budgets and financial plans.
• Monitor project costs, margins, and profitability.
• Handle full-cycle accounting and reconciliations.
• Prepare financial reports and dashboards.
• Ensure payroll and tax compliance.
• Support operational activities and team coordination.
• Provide financial insights to support decision-making.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting/Business.
• CPA2 qualification minimum.
• 5-7 years experience (2-3 in leadership).
• Event industry experience preferred.
• Strong financial management and analytical skills.
• Excellent leadership and communication abilities.

Salary:

Competitive (commensurate with experience)
