Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Financial Advisor located in Nairobi. We are seeking high-endrgy driven, and exceptionally articulate Financial advisors to join our retail Distribution team. The Financial Advisor will be responsible for providing clients with expert financial planning, investment advisory, and retirement planning services. You will be the primary point of contact for our Affluent and High-net-worth (HNW) prospects. You will generate a continuous, dedicated pipeline of retail leads, engage advise and successfully convert these prospects into long-term clients holding premium wealth management and life insurance portfolios.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Financial Planning and Retirement Planning to develop tailored strategies for clients
• Strong knowledge of Finance and Investments to provide sound advisory services
• Effective Financial Advisory skills to ensure clients achieve their long-term financial goals
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities to build lasting client relationships
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Acturial Science, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
• Relevant certifications such as Certified Financial Planner (CFP) , Diploma in Insurance are an advantage.
• Proven ability to analyze financial data and design innovative investment solutions
• Knowledge of the regional market and economic trends is highly desirable
