We are looking for driven, people-first Financial Advisors to join our growing team. You will be the face of OKC SHIELD in the field — identifying client needs, presenting tailored financial solutions, and building a personal book of business backed by a trusted brand.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Financial Advisor, located in Nairobi County, Kenya. The Financial Advisor will be responsible for analyzing and planning clients' financial futures, providing tailored investment advice, developing retirement strategies, and offering guidance on financial products and insurance solutions. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with individuals and businesses to help them achieve their financial goals while fostering long-term client relationships.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Financial Planning and Financial Advisory services

Strong expertise in Finance and Investments

Experience with Retirement Planning and developing long-term financial strategies

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a client-focused approach

Ability to work independently and make informed decisions

Knowledge of the Kenyan financial market and regulatory environment is a plus

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field
