JOB DETAILS:

Responsibilities or duties

Prepare group monthly management accounts and annual statutory accounts

Consolidate financial results across multiple properties

Support budgeting and forecasting for hospitality cycles

Ensure compliance with tax regulations and reporting requirements

Liaise with auditors and regulatory bodies

Qualifications or requirements (e.g., education, skills)

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

Professional qualification (CPA, ACCA, ACA or equivalent) preferred

Strong knowledge of IFRS and hospitality KPIs (RevPAR, ADR, GOP) and USALI

Proficiency in accounting software (SAP, Oracle, or similar) and hospitality management systems (Opera, Micros, Fidelio) preferred

Advanced MS Excel skills

Experience needed

4-6 years progressive experience in financial reporting (hospitality/tourism/service industry preferred)

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 48

Level of Education: bachelor degree
