JOB DETAILS:
Key Responsibilities
- Validate and settle fixed income trades (bonds, T-bills, repos) across multiple markets
- Reconcile trades, invoices, and cash flows with custodians and counterparties
- Monitor and resolve trade discrepancies and breaks
- Support regulatory reporting and compliance requirements
- Collaborate with traders, middle office, and custodians to ensure timely and accurate processing
Knowledge & Experience Required
- 2+ years’ experience in operations or back office (fixed income preferred)
- Strong understanding of fixed income products and settlement cycles
- Proficient in MS Excel and financial systems (e.g. Bloomberg, Refinitive; Broker Back Office is a plus)
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
- A team player with strong communication skills

Level of Education: bachelor degree
