Background

Brilliant Development is seeking a dedicated and organized Fleet Administrator to join our team. This role is crucial for ensuring the efficient and safe operation of our company's vehicle fleet.

Responsibilities

The Fleet Administrator will be responsible for:

  • Managing the day-to-day operations of the company fleet.
  • Coordinating vehicle maintenance, repairs, and servicing.
  • Maintaining accurate fleet records, including registration, insurance, and mileage.
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant traffic laws and company policies.
  • Assisting with the procurement and disposal of vehicles.
  • Handling driver inquiries and resolving fleet-related issues.
  • Monitoring fuel consumption and implementing cost-saving measures.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Proven experience as a Fleet Administrator or in a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Knowledge of fleet management software is an advantage.
  • A valid driver's license.

Experience Needed

Minimum of 2 years of experience in fleet management or a related administrative role.
