We are seeking qualified, experienced, and motivated individuals to join our growing transport operations team.
Job Purpose
The Fleet Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing the company's fleet operations to ensure vehicle availability, safety, regulatory compliance, and cost-effective transport services.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily fleet operations.
- Supervise drivers and transport staff.
- Schedule preventive maintenance and repairs.
- Monitor fuel consumption and vehicle performance.
- Ensure compliance with transport regulations.
- Investigate accidents and recommend corrective measures.
- Prepare fleet performance reports.
- Manage fleet budgets and operational costs.
- Monitor GPS tracking and route performance.
- Ensure fleet documentation remains current.
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS
Applicants must submit the following:
- Certificate of Good Conduct
- Copy of National ID
- KRA PIN Certificate
- SHA Registration
- NSSF Registration
- Updated CV with relevant experience
- Two (2) Recent Passport-Size Photographs
