Position Overview
Jambojet is looking for dynamic, customer-centric Flight Attendants to join our crew. In this role, you will be on the frontlines of delivering high passenger safety, executing emergency protocols, and providing an exceptional in-flight experience that leaves a lasting positive impression on our travelers.
Key Responsibilities
- Passenger Safety: Maintain vigilant cabin oversight, adhere strictly to aviation safety regulations, and execute emergency protocols when required.
- In-Flight Hospitality: Deliver friendly, warm, and professional customer care to passengers throughout the flight journey.
- Onboard Sales: Drive retail revenue by actively promoting and selling onboard food, beverages, and merchandise.
- Team Synergy: Work collaboratively with fellow cabin crew members and flight deck personnel to ensure punctual and safe operations.
Qualifications & Experience
- Certification: Must hold a valid Cabin Crew License/Certificate.
- Experience: Prior experience in hospitality, customer service, or aviation service environments.
- Competencies: Strong verbal communication skills, cultural adaptability, professional grooming, and high emotional intelligence.
