Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and leadership-driven Flight Purser to oversee in-flight operations, lead our cabin crew team, and ensure exceptional passenger experience. The ideal candidate will combine strong leadership capabilities with a uncompromising commitment to cabin safety, service delivery, and revenue optimization.
Key Responsibilities
- Cabin Leadership: Lead, mentor, and supervise cabin crew members during flight operations to ensure seamless execution of duty.
- Safety & Operations: Maintain high cabin safety standards, implement emergency procedures when necessary, and serve as the primary liaison between the cabin crew and the flight deck.
- Service Excellence: Oversee superior customer service delivery, maintaining brand standards across all passenger touchpoints.
- Commercial Performance: Drive ancillary revenue growth by promoting and managing onboard retail and food/beverage sales.
Qualifications & Experience
- Certification: Must possess a valid Cabin Crew Certificate/License.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years’ active experience as a Cabin Crew member in a commercial airline environment.
- Competencies: Proven team management skills, excellent interpersonal communication, crisis management ability, and commercial acumen.
