Background

Floor Attendant role at City Walk. Responsible for maintaining floor cleanliness, supporting customers, and keeping the work area organised. They are looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Floor Attendant to deliver excellent service, support sales, and maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked store environment. The role is based in Nairobi with duties performed on-site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
• Provide detailed product information and recommendations.
• Maintain store cleanliness and product displays.
• Handle transactions and manage POS systems.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock replenishment.

Requirements:

• Previous retail or sales experience is required, at least 2-3years.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-oriented with a positive attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and shifts as required.
• Basic knowledge of POS systems is a plus.
• Professional skills in sales e.g.-upselling and cross selling.
• Exposure to merchandising and display management

Qualifications:

• Certificate, Diploma or degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
• 2-3 years of retail sales experience.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in English and basic administrative skills.
